Headset set up laptop?

When I connect my headset was always the message as what I want to use it (headset, earphones erc.)

Now it does not come anymore and my headset is only recognized as a headphone…

Have only one connection (for 3.5 jack)

click on the desired port on the front panel and then the window comes up and in the window there's also the possibility to say if the window should open every time or net

And how do I open it?

Do not know me like that

Bottom right quickstart bar then right click realtek audiomanager then open and dan are you there.

go to control panel all elements and dan you will find the realtek audiomanager there as well.
