I have a big problem in my job. It is so that two computers and a laptop hang on a switch and both PC's work great.
When it comes to the laptop, however, it has not been able to connect to the network since yesterday after a short time. You want to go to the inter- or intranet and he does not do anything anymore.
In the network settings everything seems to be normal. If I deactivate the network and then reactivate it, then it goes on for a few minutes until nothing works.
To be honest, I never had such a case and I do not know what else to do.
Maybe someone has a tip here?

Of course you have. For example, there seems to be no one whose jurisdiction is or who knows.
If I were to contact your IT department for a short time, it would be puzzling to find a remote diagnosis in IT.
But well you could at least exclude a few things already, the switch will not be there but try once your network cable to another port of the switch to put (possibly synonymous to check the cable for a defect).
If everything is okay look at the network port of your laptop (wobble this? If so, possibly a few solder joints on the motherboard defective).
But if everything is okay, it can also be a defect of the network card. Are all drivers up-to-date?
A pretty pointless answer. There are external companies that are responsible, but we want to fix the problem immediately
