My laptop crashes permanently. There's a loud noise with a screen Freeze to the fore without blue screen.
The laptop is not older than 2 years and a software issue has been ruled out by a Windows reinstallation.
In addition, the hard drive was tested with Windows, the Cpu with a stress test and the graphics card through Direct X. (No mistakes)
The laptop I had already sent to the manufacturer, but has found nothing more.
Do you have any ideas on what this could be and how best to test this?
In general, you can do nothing with such errors as a layman, since this you the technical. Understanding and then the corresponding parts would be missing.
I had mine "taken apart" (and that was already a "challenge") and completely cleaned (headpipe was a bit dusty). I noticed that this was sitting relatively loose on the CPU.
On inquiry at a repair center I was told that this can be a problem, I brought the now open laptop there, the guys stuck / re-attached the pipe, also new thermal pad - I gave 30 EURO in the coffee and take back the device in receipt. Then put everything together again and lo and behold, mistakes gone.
Is now 6 years old and is still used by little girls to "Gamen".
Thanks for the answer.
I will call the manufacturer again tomorrow and have the whole thing repaired on a warranty basis.
