The following problem, I have a glass of water fallen over my laptop, more precisely on the keyboard and at the bottom of the fan. After that he made a few strange squeaking noises but the power button was still lit. Now I let him dry a few days and tried again to make him.
If you turn it on without a power outlet, the laptop stays on, the power button lights up and only the screen stays black, but the squeak is gone.
If you turn it on with a socket outlet, the same thing happens for 10 seconds with the difference that it goes on by itself. The charging light is still lit, however.
What can it be, and how can you fix it?
That is a water damage that you usually can't fix as it has come to short-circuits and burning of components… The device is quite likely to… Maybe the hard drive is still to save and various other parts which have not come into contact with the liquid… Only an expert can tell you by disassembling the device completely and testing the components individually
This is called defective.
Presumably it got the load control and some parts on the motherboard. In most cases, a repair is not worthwhile and a remote diagnosis can't be made… The fan should have the water well distributed and the rest has penetrated the keyboard.
