Hi. I set the Internet to automatic connection and suddenly it kicks me out. There I have this globe symbol and no internet. I have to re-establish the connection for the first time, then it takes me out again.
I have the latest, most updated Windows Update.
What can be the reason that he is kicking me or rather my laptop? Could this be due to a virus? Or somewhere else entirely?
Go reset the internet settings.
It's really exciting.
Lately I keep seeing "the globe" or the MS Store reports "no internet connection" even though it is active. After a while the store "thinks about" and still downloads, although I had to click away the message "no connection" before.
In other words: Maybe Windows choked again.
The globe can often be seen for too long when starting up, then it goes away again.
Yes of course. And reinstall the operating system. You often get such tips in call centers… Because the people there have no idea either.
I haven't told you anything about the operating system
More likely because it is extremely difficult to get someone to listen first. Here the same thing first is answered what you wrote last or (like you) think of something to complain about.
Shot in the blue, if you think about it, it can be a loose plug on the TAE…
It may be,
that your Wi-Fi card has a crack,
That the Wi-Fi is disturbed
-Bluethooth
-Water pipes in the wall
-other Wi-Fi
Then of course on the router the DSL cable is loose or more often the other end is firmly attached to the Tae socket?
To get further you have to look for something.
Exclusion system Checking off what can't be leads you to the problem. Unfortunately, more is not possible right away.
What is TAE?
With all other devices the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Just not with my laptop. I turned off Bluetooth. It has been going on for a few weeks.
No, it says Expert Computer?
TAE is the telephone connection socket to which the router is connected.
Does that mean it doesn't come from outside. Suggestion. Use a USB Wi-Fi stick as a replacement. Used or borrowed. Watch the funct. That, it's the Wi-Fi card.
Ah! Experts know all abbreviations by heart. You don't need to turn me on because I don't want to memorize any abbreviations.
Well, there's nothing loose. I'm from Austria. They're so tight that you can't even get them out without a lever. At least not the delicate hand of a woman. Just as the telephone in Austria is completely different when it comes to telephone contacts. Better by the way.
Ne pick-up (!) That wasn't more questioning. (?)
You don't have to know all of them, but one expects the one that makes the internet possible at home. And that is exactly why I thankfully decline the experts for me.
And they can always be relaxed. Don't have to be logical.
A few ideas and suggestions from me:
Perhaps your WLAN adapter searches "in between" (cyclically) for other WLAN access points (router, repeater) or known WLAN networks in your immediate vicinity (the neighbors' WLAN networks could also be involved).
This is called "roaming in the WLAN", and your WLAN adapter could spend too long on this "search" and as a result neglect or even lose the WLAN connection originally used.
There are several Wi-Fi settings in Windows (depending on the Wi-Fi hardware) that affect it:
(Roaming) behavior of the WLAN adapter itself
Windows deactivate the option "When connected to this network, search for other wireless networks".
Delete unwanted networks in Windows "Manage known networks" (with the "Do not save" button).
or at least turn off "Connect automatically when in range".
Found a good discussion that explains these 4 possible places in Windows with screenshots. Have a look at the last post by @ michi27 here on this page at the bottom:

PS:
It is also explained a little here:

Here it is also explained on 2 websites:
Topic "Wi-Fi Roaming Sensitivity or Aggressiveness":

Is not logical. Because if the plug were loose, I would probably not be able to interactively edit websites like this one - while Windows shows me the globe.
Logically referring to it both possible, TAE plug is loose or tight. So written separately without testifying to you.
