My laptop can't connect to the Wi-Fi. I will not even see the networks. Actually, it should not be on the router, because all the devices that you can connect to the Wi-Fi are connected to the Wi-Fi and there the Internet works quite normally. Could it be that my laptop is broken?
Ever looked, if your network card is activated?
If it's a Windows thing, get rid of the driver from the Wi-Fi. Then turn it off and turn it on again. The reinstalled the driver and then it goes again. Know that because of my work and did it yesterday with one of my tenants.
Is WLAN enabled on the laptop? (On the software side in the operating system as well as on the hardware side the WLAN switch "on" (if there's this on your device).
How do I get rid of the driver?
What is a network card?

The part in your laptop that connects to the WLAN…
Go to the manufacturer page of your laptop. There you can download the WLAN driver. It is also recommended to download the other drivers of your laptop.
The installation of the drivers then works simply by double-clicking.
