Origin only starts in the white window?

Origin only starts in the white window

I have the following problem

I wanted to download origin so that I can play c & c but when I start OriginThinSetup only the white window from origin comes up.

Win7 Ultimate 64bit is my windows version

(on my other laptop it works without any problem)
