Change Mac address, am I a completely new user?

I would like to open a second Adsense account. The problem is that Google does not want that. Fortunately, since I have two IP addresses on site (both my own and those of my neighbors), that should not be a problem.

However, I only have one laptop.

I'm sure Google not only tracks IP addresses but also MAC addresses. The second one can probably change.

Now the question: Am I TOTALLY safe? So 100%? Say with other IP and new MAC? Or are there other ways for Google to connect to the other account? Is changing the MAC really completely safe? Which data can be collected at all via a PC?

Last but not least: Should I take a VPN, can Google still see through it, or would I even have a third IP? How good are VPNs?

To summarize it:

I want to be a totally "new" user. What do I have to change everything on my device, or do I need a new device?

The Mac address can tick already, is i.d. Even in Windows 10 intigriert (see extended wlan settings z.b.).

I.d.r. See the browsers, hardware, resolution, ip, mac address and co. Theoretically kannn man with all the information + user behavior that fall back on you. Point is why should that even interest?

You are never completely anonymous. Also not with a clever MAC; VPN and something else. Never! Only the effort you have to operate to identify the user becomes immensely higher.

Okay, we assumed that a lot of people use FHD resolution, I go in Firefox in private mode (no cookies), change my MAC and a VPN Nutzze.Dann only my "hardware" would remain. What exactly can they read about it?

Language used, browser, browser version, which are addons on eg. Java etc. - synonymous hardware - mostly cpu (or only the core number), your fake mac and your IP. Possible speed of the line or similar - social media plugins etc. Pp. Simply uniquely assignable you are then no longer. But I do not understand the meaning behind it, at adsense it's about the fact that you make charcoal, you want to have someday - then they know anyway who you are, in the end it's all about it, so can your wife be the same Computer used, which is but ne other person, so it would be ok. It's not that every person has a Mac address but only the computer - who says the computer is only used by one person?

I do not see any sense in what you plan to do - that's what it means.

Habs just read, google does not allow multiple adsense accounts, but multiple user accounts on the same adsense account. That should fit. Can't imagine spontaneously why 2 addsense accounts would be useful.
