It is currently quite difficult to find suitable laptops. Many devices are sold out and sometimes have very long delivery times, as many devices are currently being bought for the home office. A lot has also become more expensive. I looked at all the devices in your price range and actually only found one that I thought is appealing.
It is a 15.6-inch device from Fujitsu with a full HD display. An Intel Core i3-1005G1, 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD are built into the device. Unless you're installing huge programs, you should be able to get there with 256GB. The device's performance is also sufficient if you don't use particularly demanding programs and just surf the net a little, for example, etc. Fujitsu is also one of my favorite manufacturers.

Three little things are still worth mentioning: At 415 euro, the device is a little above your price range, it will only be available in three days according to information and no operating system is pre-installed. But I think you can come to terms with that.

Otherwise there are what feels like 1,000 manufacturers on Android where you only get updates to the latest version for 2 to 3 years. At Apple that's 5 years.
