I don't know why but on my laptop there's no program to view pictures anymore, they are still only opened in Paint. Somehow I can't download the Microsoft program. What can I do there?
Activate the old photoviewer.

It will still be there, only you probably accidentally changed the standard program for viewing, so undo it in the Control Panel.
Otherwise there are enough alternative image viewers like XnView or Irfanview.
