Laptop won't connect to iPhone?

I typed something but forgot something… Does anyone know how to reset it in the settings?

How to proceed:

Install the iCloud app on the iPhone.
Then install iCloud on the laptop as well: https://www.microsoft.com/...ktq5699m62

Then log in to iCloud on the laptop with the Apple ID. And the connection is established.

Does that also work if you want to connect hotspot
