Have connected to a laptop n your 12 and then stop guitar> distortion pedal (REVV G 3) and want to record with fruity loops… So… Listen to the clean sound of the guitar as soon as I press the pedal, I hear nothing more… I got it also tried scohn with others or plugs are all ok
Where does the pedal get its power from?
Check whether the effect occurs with the your 12 if you have it on power (own power supply) or only if it is fed directly from the USB.
Otherwise I assume that your guitar with the cable in the input (right) hangs from the G3 and the left cable (output) from the G3 then goes to the UR12 and is plugged into the "HI Z" socket. Please turn the gain to minimum and check the phantom power on the back (should be off).
If everything is as described and the box switches off as soon as you switch on an effect, I assume a technical defect in the box.
Please really make sure that the effect occurs with and without the UR12's own power supply.
I have no idea why… But now it works. I had it on my stand calculator for a test and noticed that there was no FL or Cubebase sound. Then I clamped everything on the laptop again and it was OK. Funny
I also left everything as yesterday… (phantom power was from gain was in the middle) can't explain it to me
From usb
Which USB?
If you draw power from the USB of the computer, this can lead to problems. The USB sockets only have a certain amount of power.
