PC simply does not want to record sound. Neither integrated microphone & headset nor condenser microphones connected via USB interface work. What to do?

My new notebook just does not want to record sound. Everything works perfectly on my old notebook, but nothing works here. I have everything connected properly, all Windows updates all the audio drivers installed. Even the built-in microphone does not work, let alone my headset or the condenser microphone, which I connect via a USB interface. I have already tried all combinations of audio devices. Turns on and off devices to see if the level drops somewhere when I turn off an audio device, but no display. I have no idea what to do next. It's not the devices themselves. The microphone works. I can see on the mixer, that the level ausschlägt, but it just does not s.PC. Why? Would be grateful for every tip!

If everything is installed and no audio input is processed at all, it sounds like a broken motherboard or a damaged sound chip. I would put the laptop in repair. Do you still have warranty?
