The ICloud storage on my Iphone is almost full (4.7 of 5GB), which is why I can't make an ICloud backup. If I now make a backup using a laptop, will all my photos be in there and what do I save in my ICloud? And are my whatsapp chats there too, even if I haven't made a backup myself in whatsapp because my memory is full?

I checks net entirely. But in any case, all your files with photos, contacts and the music are saved on the pc. Your whatsapp history is unfortunately not saved. You have to save them separately via whatsapp. Belief for data protection reasons (but not sure)
