We have known each other for about two years and I know that she likes me but is very shy. I personally am not averse to it, but I still don't know how to "tackle it". She recently asked me if I could choose a new laptop for her because she doesn't know what I'm doing (I do the whole job). About a week later she writes to me that she had followed my recommendation and bought the device and if I could set up the part for her, I should just contact me when I have time.
I also suggested a day and asked how she would like it to be?! Then she asked how long it would take and if I wanted to come over to her or if she should drive the laptop over to me. I said I'll drop by in the evening if it's okay for her. She replied that this is not a problem and we will meet with her on Thursday!
What is your opinion? Is this a date or was she looking for an excuse to invite me? Or is it really just about the laptop?
I think it's an excuse to meet you, I find cute 😉
Yes, that sounds like an excuse. Especially if you know that she likes you. I don't suppose she would take advantage of you.
I know that she likes me, you can't miss it. I think that maybe the laptop fits her well to invite me. But as I said, I'm not sure.
Sounds pretty good, I would say.
we women love it when men can do something that we "can't do".
have fun.
So I think you probably did a great job inviting you as an "excuse". I don't know if you can call it a date. You will see then.
