When I want to watch videos, sometimes I don't hear any sound or the video just doesn't work. It doesn't always happen randomly and sometimes.
In addition, the loudspeaker of the laptop does not work and if I can watch videos only with the help of headphones. Connected via Bluetooth or USB.

The normal troubleshooting doesn't help either. I also tried tips like reinstalling the driver. I also reset my laptop completely
