I'm currently writing back and forth with the customer service of Media Markt, because they delivered the wrong product to me or because they provided the wrong data online.
I became aware of the specified laptop (MSI Prestige 15) because the version with 1tb SSD and 32gb RAM on the MM website was very cheap, namely about as expensive as the smaller one with 16gb RAM and 500gb SSD.
At the time, I was a little afraid that the wrong version was given online. In all of the following emails, however, there was still 32GB RAM etc.
Do I now have a right to have the better laptop sent to me, since I also ordered it and it should therefore be specified in the purchase contract and must MM send me this model for the same price?
If you order something, you get an order confirmation, which contains the article. It should say what you ordered.
There's also talk of the 32GB version.
Exactly, and in any case you always have a 14-day right of return for online orders, even without giving reasons. 😊
PS: Normally 16 GB RAM is always sufficient, unless you have a very special application.
PPS: But the smaller 500 GB SSD would also bother me if necessary…
Then you are probably unlucky. I would send it back.
I'm not concerned that the laptop is not sufficient. I just want to receive the product I ordered.
You ordered the smaller version. There's a confirmation email for this.
Yes, and that's where the data is. 1tb SSD and 32gb RAM. So until I unpacked, I only received information that told me that I would get the larger version (as ordered).
Do you mean the

It is only available with 16 Gb right next to the picture and twice in the list
only in the text there's a total of something on 32 GB and that is not relevant.
there's no one at 32
But only 2x 32 GB

otherwise just send it back
Oh sorry. Then of course I would insist on the ordered product. You even did it in writing. Then is your problem
I wanted to know first whether MediaMarkt is obliged to deliver the product to me, even if they don't have it in stock, before I unfairly open a barrel on the customer hotline.
Actually, you have confirmed it in writing. I would insist.
What does it say on the invoice? If there's the better model at the low price then they can turn upside down. You are entitled to the better model.
They have now adapted the article
Ok, then I'll be persistent.
