Better use Skype on smartphone or laptop?

In your experience, is it better to use Skype via smartphone or laptop or does it not matter?

Well, it used to be good, I find discord much better

So I personally find Skype / FaceTime better on the laptop, because then you have your hands free and the picture doesn't shake.
With a good connection quality on the cell phone, it doesn't matter. It also depends on who you skyped with, definitely a laptop during the interview.
