I switched from 32 bit Windows 10 to 64 bit, since then my laptop has taken a little longer to turn on or charge.
I have 5 GB of Ram and an Intel Core i3 with 3.4 GHz.
Would you rather go back to 32 bit?

You can't say that directly. At the beginning Windows loads various updates in the background, so Windows is a bit slow at the beginning.
From 4GB a 64x system is faster than a 32bit system, since 32x can only work with a maximum of 4GB Ram.
Under 4GB Ram, 32bit is better or faster, because, to put it simply, Windows then has to calculate less (only 32 and not 64), which leaves more RAM memory for the programs
Probably because more services are being downloaded than at 32 or so I'd go back again
