Minecraft shader & mods bedrock?

I've already seen several times how to activate mods & shaders in the bedrock, but I can't find my minecraft folder even if I go to% apply% (i.e. The key combination) who can help me (play on notebook because I currently have the pc net have available)

I recommend the twitch Lauscher guide mod and if you want to download Stader there are many tutorials on YT and it says% appdata%: D

Well i know it's called appdata but i just looked on yt and there it is with the minecraft folder but i have it net.
