What's wrong with the grapiccard or driver?

I have iwie a problem I have yesterday installed windows May update and now my funzt a graphic card no longer so there's such a warning sign or so the device manager before and some programs start not so go right back and run small games on half speed (So I'll just assume that it is because) there are no updates for the driver and on the side are no new drivers with the graphic card Kompatieble and what is it now? I have no idea of anything like that… I have an AMD Radeon (TM) R4 Graphics (with true note) and an AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M430 (without problems) for the second update but the first one is not and my laptop is now too not that old… Anyone who knows anything more can help me?
