Install game on laptop?

I have a good game installed on my cell phone that I would now like to play on my laptop, but unfortunately I don't know how to install it.

Could someone please explain this to me and possibly also tell me whether I can somehow connect my laptop to my mobile phone, so that the same score can be seen on my laptop as on my mobile phone.
