I want to download from Samsung PlayStore on my Windows laptop.
Various "providers" are offered free of charge and legally, for example Bluestacks or Andyroid Emulator
Which one is to be recommended?

When you log into Google you get (probably already there before) nine dots in the upper right corner. If you click on that, the google apps are there, including the playstore. Unfortunately there's everything there except games. (I believe)
The Play Store does not run on Windows 10.
Windows 10 offers the Microsoft Store for this. You can also install apps there. There you can find e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp, netflix, maxdome, Amazon Video, Twitch and much more. Just take a look.
