Who knows about technical stuff?

Contacts on my cell phone broke, making it impossible to read my memory card on my cell phone. But since there are many important photos on my memory card, I would like to drag them onto my laptop. But the memory card is only recognized as a device and does not open. (see photo). The current driver is available on the laptop, I've already checked that. If I insert the card into a tablet or another cell phone, it must first be formatted so that everything would be gone.
