Bluetooth disturbs the Wi-Fi?

The following problem occurred with my new laptop (with Windows 10). If I drive up the box, the download rate is very slow (approx. 300 kb / s), then I switch Bluetooth on and / or off again, the speed increases to around 20 Mbit / s. It doesn't matter whether the Bluetooth is on or off - but I have to press the button once. Where does it come from?
