My notebook only loads in slow motion after updating (Windows 10) How can I make it faster again?

There was some reason on it, that something slows down my PC, that I should turn off something to optimize something or something like that. Anyway, that was important, so I wanted to let it be, but in the long run, it's not funny anymore! Because when I open it for example New York and Firefox, then it takes about 5 minutes to open the last visited times again!
