I do surveys for my thesis and have to call many people.
For this I would like to buy a good headset for my phone and laptop.
I already have a computer head test but it has two jacks (for sound and micro)
My new laptop and mobile phone have only one jack connection which does both (micro + sound).
1) What do you call that?
2) Can you recommend something to me?
3) I would like to have something professional that you can easily spend the whole day on it. Are there any headsets that filter ambient noise or the like?
