I've recently gotten a new Laptip (Christmas) and he always worked great until about 2-3 weeks without a reason the black screen (rather gray black so not completely out of just nothing there) just turn off and the laptop is running I know this through games that are still audible in the background (my only option if something like that happens to be the key to hold and restart as soon as I reboot it works well again and seot last week happens much more often about 20-30min after start up,
Does anyone know what I can do have tried everything possible…

Click shutdown. There may also be a new update available. Then check your energy options to see if they're set correctly, preferably custom.
Shutdown already done (always so) updates all installed and is aif custom (longest time)
Do you have a security program installed? If so, activate the Windows Defender and delete the security proverb.
No have any security programs (just stop what Windows is on by default)
What is there standard on it?
Games and laptop can't last forever.
Who is gambling on a laptop, must know that he keeps the device running at full throttle. And since these things are actually geared towards mobile and energy-saving work, they also have no large, voluminous cooling systems like a "real" gaming PC.
say, they are constantly overheated and can be "annealed" after only a few months.
