I have a GeForce GTX 1050TI in my notebook and want to install the driver for it
when I download it from Nvidia's website and run it, nothing happens
That's a good thing… There's a lot you can do wrong.
Click on the dots in the bottom left of your panel and you will be shown all of your installed applications. Scroll down a bit and you will find… Additional drivers… Click and then the thing is self-explanatory.
Right click on the download> Run as administrator
