I'm looking for a suitable laptop for my studies. This question is aimed primarily at fellow students in later semesters who may be able to give me recommendations.
It should have a good price-performance ratio and not be too big so that it can stand on the table in the lecture hall. Furthermore, video conferences are increasingly important in corona times, which is why this should work smoothly.

Well Macbook is already very expensive and Apple is too opaque for me if you know what I mean. I also have almost no apple products
