PC monitor does not find PC anymore?

I have not been at the Compuater for a long time. But when I turned on the computer again, no signal appeared on the D-Sub monitor. But no plug or unplugged, no change s.PC and monitor made. Why is nothing running? There's a VGA connector on the monitor and PC. PC has no HDMI plug. The monitor works with the laptop. I can't explain why it suddenly stops working. Can I log in with secure mode on the PC even without a signal?

Can anyone help me further.
