I bought Sims 4 a few years ago and then installed it on my old laptop with Origin etc but the game always crashed on my old machine. However, yesterday I got a new one and just wanted to play sims on the new laptop. I installed Origin and logged me in with my account, but I do not see any game in my spielbibilothek and when I enter the code I just hear that the code has already been used
Sounds like a mistake to the user. Did you possibly use the account of a relative / known on the other PC? Or are you sure that you have not accidentally created a second account with the new PC?
