Sims 4 game saved?

Well, I just cleaned up my laptop because I was running out of space. The problem is I accidentally deleted all Sims 4 saves. That felt like about 500 hours of playing time. Can someone tell me how and where I can get them back or whether I'll get them back at all?

That happened to me once too. I accidentally deleted my Sims 4 folder under Documents and Electronic Arts when I restarted my game. Then I just looked for the folder in the trash and packed it back.
