Mouse stuck windows 7?

Well I have an old laptop with Windows 7 and I always play Sims 3 and Sims 4 on it.

So I started the laptop as usual, signed up for origin and suddenly origin crashes and the mouse stops and jerks.

I had this before and had to restart the laptop but this time it doesn't work because I can't see the mouse, it just stumbles around.

Can you tell me what I have to do because I really don't know anything about it.

Similar to Steam just play with EA

I would only try a different mouse first

But even the laptop mouse stalls this touch thing

Then look in the task manager "ctrl" press "old" and "del" at the same time look at the utilization of your CPU if it is as good as 100% then the thermal paste is probably ready and should be replaced but everything should be fine then it can only be the mouse
