Which program for cell phone apps?

I'm playing on my laptop and would like to know which program I can use for cell phone apps (except Bluestacks).

I can recommend installing the PrimeOS operating system. This is an Android operating system with a start menu and task bar and adapted to the keyboard and mouse. The Google Play Store is there. You can also install this next to Windows. Then a boot menu is installed where you can choose between Windows and PrimeOS. After the installation everything is first in English. In the settings you can then switch to German.

Here is the download: https://primeos.in/download/ Classic is for 32bit. Standard for 64bit. Mainline is for 64bit from year of construction 2014. Simply download the Windows Installer. You can completely uninstall it again.
