Viruses on the (old) laptop?

I'm currently trying to check my old laptop for viruses by going through the processes in Task Manager, because I noticed that 4 processes with the name dllhost.exe are running, 2 of them are in Windows / System32 and the other 2 are in Windows / Syswow64, now my question is this normal or are the latter hidden viruses?
