Cheap laptop to cut video?

I want to record videos and then cut and color grade them. I mainly record in 2.7 k with 30 FPS or and 1080p with 60 FPS and would like to know a cheap laptop with which I can edit the videos

A with which software?

B… Nothing will be cheap because you need a lot of RAM with a lot of CPU power and, depending on the software, a good GPU.

My thought, from about 1300 euro + upwards.

I cut with Davinci resolve

Would it be cheaper if I buy a PC?

So a PC comes from the hardware considerably cheaper than a comparable notebook.

In addition, the PC hardware can be considerably stronger than that in a notebook.
