How do I fix the crackling and noise of my speakers?

I have a small problem. My speakers crackle and rustle. I recently assembled a PC and since then I have had these sound problems. When I even start a game, the noise becomes much louder and it sounds like a chainsaw.

I've also tried a lot: I've changed the plug before, but it didn't work. I connected everything to my old laptop, no problems. I have installed the latest driver, nothing worked. So it's not the boxes. I think it's because of my PC, but I don't know what the problem is.

Did you connect your boxes via USB?

If you think it could be the PC, it would be a good idea to list what you put together.
