I have a Microsoft Surface laptop but it doesn't work because the laptop doesn't charge. The battery does not work but on my laptop you can tell me why and how much such a repair would cost?

If your battery is not charging then either the battery is broken or the charger aka the power pack of the laptop is broken I think you can test it by taking the battery out of the laptop and turning on the power pack for the laptop and turning it on the laptop is not on the power pack is broken or the bushes the power pack

How do you want to know if the battery works? It's hard to expand and test it. Perhaps there's a loose connector between the battery and motherboard and just has to be plugged in again… My guess.
I have 2 more that my sisters own and so I tested it.
I tested it on my other two in 3 pieces with my sisters
Then it's probably the power supply.
Then it may be the device. Have you tried your sisters' batteries with you?
