Can you get more fossil fuel by increasing the RAM?

I have a laptop. With 4 RAM soon increased to 16 and I have an amd Athlon Vega 3 processor. Inside I installed the demo of Doom 2016 for testing and it runs at 20-30 fps. Can I now get more fps with more RAM, would like to play r6 on it.

You can't actually gamble with it, no matter how much RAM…

Can you do something without buying a several thousand euro laptop?

Buy a PC, for 600 - 700 euro you get something clever

Ram is only there (for gaming) e.g. Packing textures in the memory so that they can be addressed more quickly - if you have too little RAM, there's a need to reload a lot - which then causes salmon

With a laptop you can hardly or not at all replace components so you will have to buy a new pc / laptop for better or worse (but there are already laptops for 700 euro)
