How can I fix the errors that have appeared after the reset of my laptop?

To have a slightly more fluid and faster laptop, I have reset my laptop today. I have the whole Windows stuff set up, without problems. But now I notice that mainly the programs / features in the taskbar no longer work, that is: Start menu, search, changing the normal settings of Windows 10 is also no longer possible… Of course, I have already tried to fix it. Eventually, I learned that files may be damaged and can't be repaired (see attachment below) … What should I do?

If you already decide to resume your laptop for performance, save it and just re-install windows. So everything is fresh as new on your laptop. Just as unpacked.
