Suitable cheap laptop for students?

Hi! I'm looking for a laptop that is suitable for students. I would like a laptop that can also be used as a tablet for taking notes etc. Very nice, for the environment and organization. The whole thing should have a good picture and as much work space as possible. I would also get a "pen" for the notes. I'm NOT at all familiar with such devices, I can only orient myself by evaluations and do not really trust most websites to be objectivity. I know that I will probably not get all of this for a price of max ~ 500 euro, so of course I'm willing to forego one or the other feature, but a touch function for notes and speed as well as comfort when working is a must.

MacBook Air otherwise an iPad Air with Magic Keyboard is a great laptop replacement and has the best pen

They're actually not bad, but not cheap. I can't afford that.

What kind of price range comes into question?

Approx. 500 euro. Can also go something about it.
