1866 MHz RAM on 1600 MHz motherboard?

I recently ordered RAM-bars. 2x4GB 1866MHz

Have you inserted and then got the blue screen with this error message, what is wrong with the PC. Then I noticed that my previous bars had 1600 MHz. Did a little research and read that it would work anyway. Unfortunately it does not.

Do you know what I'm doing wrong or what I could do?

(by the way, I have a laptop, I do not know if that's important for the problem, but it can always be)

The rams are clocked down automatically if the board does not tolerate so much so all right

In bios when it's time to manually set the clock.
