I have a problem and although I have a few years ago brought sims 4 and instaliert on menem old laptop. About 2 years ago I lost the access data of origin but I found it again. I have a new laptop now and I tried to download sims 4 again. Since I've used the access code before, this does not work and I can't download it. Do you know how I can download it?
If it's the Origin account you bought it on, it should not be a problem to download it. Otherwise, contact EA Customer Service and you'll have to prove that this other account where you bought Sims 4 is yours.
I got sims 4 as a dvd and then I originally downloaded and then with the dvd's the game but since I have already used the code I can't do this again.
I do not have Sims 4 on CD. I only remember how it was with Sims 3. Can't you install it via the Sims 4 CD? With Sims 3 it did not matter if the code was used before, because you had the CD and that proves 'I'm the actual owner of the game' otherwise as I said EA customer service
Well, I have inserted the CD and have all steps bevolgt then I had to enter the code which just does not work. I will contact the customer service tomorrow.
All the games you've ever had are stored in your Origin account. From there you can download it at any time on a new PC. The only thing you need are your then access data. Say e-mail address and password.
However, if you have not used your account for too long, say 8-10 years, your account may have been deleted
Yes that is unfortunately the problem I'm so purely in my account but the game so sims 4 which I had at that time is not stored anymore why I do not know
