Html digital photo book?

I would very much like to insert 3000 JPG files into a digital photo book that you can flip through. (with the leaf effect:-)

All online programs can unfortunately only make a limited number of pages or cost too much.

I would just like to be able to open it on a cell phone or laptop, just for home use, so no public website or anything.

Now I wanted to ask whether there are code samples that I only have to insert the images or program as little as possible. (I also have pictures in PDF format)
