If you want to set up an online shop and manage it with a notebook, what properties / storage capacity does it have to have?

I talked to my neighbor's son, who wants to set up an online shop and therefore wants to buy a top model with high storage capacity for a lot of money.

I'm of the opinion that a simple laptop is enough because you can save a lot of things in a cloud.

I have no idea and I like to learn.

You can manage an online shop from almost any internet-enabled device. Even a simple 200 euro notebook or just a mobile phone with a browser should be sufficient for this.

If you want to do more with the notebook (edit photos, write documents, emails, etc.) and speed is important to you, you can get fully adequately equipped notebook models for 500 euro.

A computer that is 10 years old is sufficient for an online shop! ^^ + gg

Any computer with which you can surf the Internet is easily sufficient!

The shop is hosted externally on a server anyway! So it practically even runs without your own PC. You only need your own PC to receive e-mails, answer them and write invoices.
