I read a comment that said that all antivirus programs for pc and laptop would not help that nh ashes and advertising is true? Or are there really some that block the virus?
Generally there are some that can work against viruses, but they cost around 200 euro on average.
Most programs just advertise, want money, and your data.
Distance from such programs is actually the best option in 2020.
Windows Defender is quite strong in Win10 and you don't really need anything that gives you even more security.
I would recommend you to distance yourself from such antivirus programs, have not used one for over 6 years and have not had a single virus in that time!
(Just watch what you download and what you click!)
Even those for 200 euro can't do that. That is (and I'm a programmer) nonsense. Once something has become active and that is mostly because the user has participated and bypassed all security things, something digs itself so far in, reloads things, builds root kids, which only the reinstallation surely eliminates the problem (and if thats first has managed to settle into the GPU or firmware, then everything is lost anyway). If it were that easy, we wouldn't have a problem in the group. But that's not how it is. You can't buy security. We also do courses for users so that they know what they are doing.
Hence my second message, which most of them only ask for money and advertise, my message should actually only be to distance oneself from it, it is already clear that they do nothing. But the some costs try to work against it, which doesn't really work anyway because viruses eat their way into the Windows tables anyway
What data? Daeky?
