My YouTube keeps spinning?

So my problem is my YouTube keeps pausing itself. Regardless of whether I'm watching a music video or tutorial (or anything else) on my laptop, mobile phone or tablet, it pauses automatically. If I then continue to press, the video plays again from the beginning and pauses at the same point. It only works again when I close the tab or the app and then restart it. Do any of you have any idea why this could be or what I can do to prevent it from happening again?

Maybe reinstall Youtube but otherwise it sounds like a problem with my cell phone or internet to me
