Have on a laptop made by a friend of a powerpoint because my moment is not working and then she has him on a usb stick stored. Now when I wanted to open it with someone else, it did not work. She says I need a separate account. I need this for school. Should I present it if I can't even open it?

Kh

Ne. The USB stick is also without an account

Em

For sure? She said I need a Microsoft account

Powerpoint (or rather the installed Microsoft Office) must be activated on the computer. Say a key must be entered.

An alternative would be to install the free libreoffice at short notice. The included Impress can also handle PowerPoint presentations. It should be noted that the transitions used and the like can be differentiated.

Office365?

Would also go to OpenOffice, I have been using for years.

It lets you view free presentations, is the successor to PowerPoint Viewer.

If you open it, you can save it as a PDF, which can open (almost) any PC. Is integrated in almost all browsers.

Goes too, but is no longer maintained.

Yes, you are right, I have not used it with Office 365 files.
