I recently got a laptop with only the OpenCore boot option because I'm something of an IT freak in my family, but one possibility would of course be to install it using the macOS option, but I don't want to do that because, to my knowledge, it is illegal for the laptop to format a Samsung np700z5c hard drive with Samsung Recovery does not help.
Is it possible that you can manage it and boot from another stick?

Set the boot sequence to USB, DVD, hard drive.
A USB stick must be bootable. Do you have to format it like this. (some boot files are placed on it.)
You have to explain to me what Samsung has to do with an Apple Mac. Actually nothing.
That's just the problem I only have OpenCore as a boot option.
